On February 23, 2019 Dr. Etta Renee Johnson was licensed as a Minister of the Gospel by Dr. Carl L. Washington, Sr.  She preached her initial sermon from Philippians 3:13-14, “It’s Time for Us to Focus on the Future”.  Reminding us all to be purposeful in our Christian walk, putting every effort into learning God’s word and living out godly lives.  Remembering that when we focus on the future, we are to be fervent, fruitful and faithful; because we win because Jesus paid it all.

Renee also serves as an Instructor and the Administrative Assistant for Possibility Place Christian Ministry. In her pursuit to rightly divide the Word of Truth she also teaches and attends Christian Education classes at Beth-El Temple.  In her zeal to be sure to give God the glory in everything she does, Renee would be the first to tell you, “I am just a sinner, save by grace”.

Renee currently works for Baltimore City Public School System as an administrator. As an educator she holds several earned degrees in the education field including a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. She is currently working on her second doctorate degree in Christian Education at Trinity College and Seminary.
